Grammar families helping victims of bushfires

The Headmaster mentioned in the first newsletter for 2020 that word is reaching us daily about members of the Grammar community who have in some way been affected by the devastating fires devouring the country.

Please click here to see a collection of photos from current College St staff whose families were in different ways providing much needed assistance to bushfire victims. Warren Cree is the Group Officer and a fire fighter with Davidson Rural Fire Service; Justin Newall, an Edgecliff parent and husband of Housemaster Shona Newall, is a fire fighter with Beacon Hill Rural Fire Service; and Geoff Llewellyn’s daughter Avalon has a wildlife recovery initiative that has attracted international recognition.
