On Wednesday 6 November, our Year 3 boys ventured to Ascham for a co-ed sports day.
There was much excitement and anticipation as the boys joined the Year 3 girls for a morning filled with basketball, sack races, and even a ninja-warrior course! These activities were aligned with the PE lessons the students have as part of the curriculum. Rather than being competitive matches, which the boys and girls may have on Saturdays, the focus was on collaboration, inclusion and fun, regardless of ability. We are very much looking forward to more co-education days with Ascham in 2025.
