News Flash! Mrs Scott’s Sci-Fi club is back! Sci-Fi Club (short for Science Find-out) has been designed for Year 2 boys who love their science explorations and need more time to explore, imagine, invent and create.
Sci-Fi Club is offered to small groups of enthusiasts on Monday afternoons and this term boys are exploring the construction of simple machines using Lego parts and then they will be moving on to build and code Lego robots using the latest Lego Spike educational robotics kits. Each term explorations will be different, intended to pique the boys’ interests and in turn respond to their wonderings about Scientific phenomena.

Boys have incorporated wheels and axles, levers, pulleys and gears to create small fun-rides and contraptions for their mini-figures.
