Not only did the Term 1 Music Concert celebrate the achievements of several ensembles and choirs at Edgecliff Preparatory School, but it was also the final concert for our Director of Music, Mrs Robin Carter.
It was a wonderful night of music and singing with a touch of sadness that we bid farewell to our Director of Music, Mrs Carter, who is retiring after 11 years in the role. Many of the ensembles had only been practising together since the start of the year, and all played beautifully. A particular highlight was the Edgecliff Chorale, who sang ‘The Lord Bless You and Keep You’ and were conducted by Mrs Carter.
