On Monday 4 November, the annual Scholar’s Concert was held in the R.W. Billing Hall.
All boys participating have been part of the Music Scholarship programme at Edgecliff Preparatory School and includes Vocal Scholars, Stephen Chong Scholars and the recently introduced Clare Payne Scholarship for bassoon, oboe or clarinet. We were thrilled to have Doreen Chong and David Payne in attendance.
A highlight of the night were two pieces by the Year 6 Composition Scholars, Tycho Rice and Agastya Jha. They composed solo compositions for cello and piano respectively, which were completed during their weekly composition lessons with Dr Aristea Mellos.
