Oh, yes please! Some of our boys just LOVE Maths, so not surprisingly, they formed a Maths Club.
Enthusiastic young mathematicians from Years 3-6 gather together at lunchtime on Fridays to work through challenging problems under the guidance of Mr Palethorpe, the School’s Maths Coordinator.

Working with a boy from their year group, or from one higher or lower, they solve intriguing problems, applying many different mathematical ideas, including pattern analysis, sequences, KenKens, logic and geometry. The beauty of Maths Club is also in the discovery that sometimes two heads really are a lot better than one!
